Our aim is to deliver you a perfect experience, every time. Despite our best efforts, there may be times when we experience a bump along the way.

Rest assured, we will endeavour to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. You can most easily ask for information or assistance by sending us an email to info@miledeep.com.

Orders

We welcome all <in-store> purchases, however our desktop and mobile websites provide a highly convenient, quick and safe way to order products.

When ordering from our website, please double check all items in your trolley are present and correct before completing payment, as orders cannot be amended once payment has been completed.

When entering personal information including payment and shipping details, please ensure they are correct as we cannot not be held responsible for incorrect or missing information passed on to our shipping partners.

We will make all efforts to avoid additional costs for modifications to personal details but will need to pass them on, should they occur.

Cancellations

We aim to offer the greatest levels of flexibility with online orders, which may be cancelled via phone or email before shipping.

Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, as orders are generally processed and shipped <quickly>.

We are charged non-refundable fees for all received payments but will cover these costs and refund the full order amount to you, should cancellations remain infrequent.

If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, you may return unopened/unused items back to us within 14 days of receipt.

In this scenario of a change of mind, you will need to cover any original and return postage costs. Upon receipt of returned items, we will confirm they are unopened/unused and undamaged.

We will refund the full order amounts unopened/unused and undamaged items less postage back to the original payment method within 14 working days of receipt.

You may also return unopened/unused items back to us in-store and we will endeavour to check the items and issue the refund whilst you are present.

Offers

Offers are only redeemable during the advertised period, and whilst stocks last. You may use any active offer and/or promotion but may not combine them with the same order.

You can enjoy using your mymd reward points with any order.

Damage

We reduce the risk of shipping damage as far as possible by combining robust packaging, 100% final inspection and optical recording prior to shipping every order.

In the rare event of receiving damaged product, we aim to resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction in the shortest possible timeframe.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, ensuring that suitable and sufficient photographic evidence is taken and sent to us via email: info@miledeep.com.

We reserve the right to arrange collection for damaged items in certain cases, for example if it could help with diagnosis and continuous improvement.

Replacements will be sent for products verified to be damaged in shipping.

Loss

We reduce the risk of shipping loss by using tracking for higher value orders and actively monitoring the performance of our shipping partners.

In the rare event of not receiving an order by the expected date, please check the tracking information (if available) and contact us as soon as possible.

Replacements will be sent for orders verified to have been lost in shipping.

Faults

We’ve developed and tested each product to the very highest standards so that you can experience the very best results, every time.

Correct care for your mile deep products will ensure that they continue to take care for you for as long as possible.

Please refer to the care instructions provided on each product label, which are also available on the product pages of our website.

Wash Mitts, Microfibre Towels, Applicator Pads, Dual Action (DA) Pads, Bottles, Brushes and related products are susceptible to ongoing natural wear and tear when used as intended.

Maintaining performance requires adherence to specific maintenance and cleaning schedules and procedures, which is a requirement to satisfy any warranty claim.

Even so, we provide additional peace of mind with a 3-month consumable item warranty.

Electrical items are typically covered by at least a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This can usually be checked within the included manual or warranty card.

Returns

Unsatisfactory products can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the following:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving the products to obtain a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number.
  • You return the products within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
  • The products, invoice number, reason for return and RMA are included within the shipping box.
  • The products are suitably packaged and protected from return shipping damage. The original packaging material and shipping box should be used whenever possible.
  • The products and their direct packaging are received in their original condition.
