As the ultimate potential green option, collection in person is available in-store during <opening hours> and all orders collected benefit from double mymd points.

UK Mainland
Standard delivery is via our elected partner and is a 2-to-3-day service for orders placed before 10:30 a.m.
It is free for orders over £45.00 and £4.50 for orders under £45.00.
Next-day delivery is via our elected partner and is next-day service for orders placed before 10:30 a.m.
It is £3.00 for orders over £45.00 and £7.50 for orders under £45.00.
Scottish Highlands and Islands
Standard delivery is via our elected partner and is a 2-3-day service for orders placed before 10:30 a.m.
It is free for orders over £60.00 and £4.50 for orders under £60.00.
Guernsey and Jersey
Standard delivery is via our elected partner and is a 5-10-day service for orders placed before 10:30 a.m.
It is free for orders over £80.00 and £10.00 for orders under £80.00.
Europe
Standard delivery is via our elected partner and is typically a 5-10-day service for orders placed before 10:30 a.m., due to additional clearance procedures following Brexit.
It is free for orders over £100.00 and £10.00 for orders under £100.00.
Rest of World
Standard delivery is via our elected partner and is typically a 2-10-day service for orders placed before 10:30 a.m.
It is free for orders over £200.00 and £20.00 for orders under £200.00.
Dispatch
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, with orders received before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and before 10:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday being dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 3:00pm Monday to Thursday and after 10:30 on Friday will be dispatched the following day. Orders received after 10:30am on Saturday and on Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday.
Orders received on or due for dispatch on public holidays will be dispatched the first working day following the public holiday.
Please be aware that during busier times, the following minimum service levels may apply:
- Orders placed before 10:30 a.m. Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, with orders placed Monday to Friday after 10:30 a.m. dispatched the following day.
