These are for larger orders where the environmental impact of significantly more efficient packaging and routing makes this possible.

Even for smaller orders where the environmental impact is higher, we have made sure to keep all shipping prices significantly lower than the actual costs involved.

As the ultimate potential green option, collection in person is available in-store during opening hours 

A notification will be sent when your order is ready to collect.

It is free for any order size and includes a free hot drink and unlimited banter & smiles!

Standard delivery is via our elected partner and is a 48hr tracked service.

It is free for orders over £70.00 and £4.95 for orders under £70.00.

Express delivery is via our elected partner and is an expidited service, 

Express delivery is charged at £7.95 for all UK mainland orders

Scottish Highlands and Islands

Dispatch

 

We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders received after 10.30am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched within 48hrs during working days under normal circumstances, and after 10:30am on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched The following week.

Orders received on or due for dispatch on public holidays will be dispatched the first working day following the public holiday in normal circumstances.

*Please be aware that during busier times, the following minimum service levels may apply:

  • We aim for a 3-4 working day dispatch time for orders placed during busy periods (such as holidays and sales) 
  • When Unfortunately these aims can not be met we will make every effort to notify our customers of expected delivery time scales.
