We hope you are more than happy with your Mile Deep purchases, but if something has gone wrong or you need to return something that has a fault here’s how.
Returning items
Unsatisfactory products can be returned for a refund, subject to the following:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the products to obtain a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number.
- You return the products within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
- The products, invoice number, reason for return and RMA are included within the shipping box.
- The products are suitably packaged and protected from return shipping damage. The original packaging material and shipping box should be used whenever possible.
- The products and their direct packaging are received in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs on unwanted items is to be covered by the purchaser.
- Refunds for unwanted returned items will be for the returned and as in original state items only. If items are such as liquids are opened and/or tamper seals broken or products are visibly used in any way no refund will be processed.
- No original shipping costs will be refunded for any unwanted returned items.
