Machine-wash after every use at lower temperature and spin speed settings. Do not use high heat or boil wash settings, which damage fibres.

Do not wash and dry together with cotton items, which leave lint that attaches to fibres.

Use bleach-free (ideally liquid based) fabric detergent. Do not use fabric softeners which clog fibres and lead to reduced performance.

Allow to air dry or (ideally) machine dry on lower heat settings to open fibres.

Do not machine dry on high heat settings or expose to extreme temperatures, which damages fibres.

Store in a clean, dry and ideally sealed location to avoid contamination (e.g. from airborne dust particles).

For larger surface areas, lay ABSORB+ flat and use its natural weight for pressure. Carefully pull across the surface in a single direction and motion. 

For smaller areas, fold the ABSORB into half or quarters and apply gentle pressure in a controlled patting motion. 

For hard-to-reach areas, create unique bundled shapes and gently pat as required. 

Avoid applying high pressure, avoid using wiping motions and avoid using circular motions wherever possible. 

Use a fresh ABSORB+ when one becomes overly laden with water.
